Foodtex EP Grease is a non-melt, non-toxic, waterproof high performance EP product. It has been developed to ensure the most efficient operation of processing and packaging foodstuffs with the minimum possibility of harmful effects of contamination of the product by the lubricant. EP Grease is made with a specifically refined white oil compounded with an inert non-soap base and it contains the most advance multifunctional additive which give EP and anti-wear properties and inhibits rust and corrosion. Foodtex EP Grease is completely resistant to water and steam. It is not affected by acids, alkalis or by aqueous solutions of most chemicals. The grease resists fruit and vegetable juices and it gives protection from brine. The special properties of Foodtex EP Grease make it suitable for a wide range of applications and because it is based on a stainless white oil, it is suitable for the lubrication of textile machinery.
